TERMINAL ENGINEERING

We offer the following scope of work and services:

  • Provide engineering support and due diligence by conducting desktop studies for marine terminals including mooring analysis, berthing energy analysis, structural evaluations, and equipment safe working envelop checks; Perform all works within timeline and requirements such that optimal project results are achieved. Results can be compared with industry standards or additional project requirements to address recommendations. Site inspections can be performed to obtain any additional insight before performing the studies.
  • Obtain operability limits and/or downtime of expected vessel(s) within terminal layout and considering vessel specific equipment by performing a (static or dynamic) quayside mooring analysis. Both single and multibody (side-by-side bunkering operations) mechanics can be analyzed.
  • Write technical notes and/or formal reports with detailed explanation and expert judgment on the assumptions, constraints, considerations and analysis of results including recommendations. All documents are ready for third party review. We provide risk assessments and/or recommendations when differences exist between facility operations and results of engineering assessments. This may include required conceptual scoping of facilities.
